Double Chocolate Cookies :D

So like i said in my last post, this recipe and the next one i'll be reviewing are from the "cookie and buscuit bible"

Ooooh my goodness i'm so in love with this cookie recipe. it's really really simple and they take hardly any time to make :)

I'm totally into using brown suger for cookies right now, it gives them a nicer colour and they taste more toffee-ish. I also like using the rolled oats, it looks kinda weird until after they're cooked but it does give them a really nice texture :)

The recipe calls for plain chocolate and white chocolate but i can't eat plain chocolate so i just used milk and it turned out fine but you could used chopped nuts or whatever you like.

Another good thing about this recipe (and all the recipes from this book i've tried out already) is that it actually makes the amount of cookies that it says it will. I hate it when i have to make a second batch of something because it didn't make enough the first time.

Presentation isn't very important with these cookies which i love, they look really nice and rustic and all you have to do is spoon them onto the tray :)

I would recomend this recipe to pretty much anyone, its really quick and easy to make and they taste sooo good :) thanks :Dx
